По Икссмолу: проблема с жидкими таблетками встречается очень часто. Проблема в малом количестве кофе на порцию. Прибавить кофе можно только, увеличив количество оборотов кофемолки, что (теоретически) могут сделать в сервисе. Можно, конечно, сразу с этой проблемой ехать в сервис и указать на недостаток. Таблетка должна формироваться. Количество молотого кофе на порцию должно быть примерно 7-8 грамм. Если меньше, то таблетка будет жидкая ...

Неравномерность подачи - тоже норма. Но если выставить кофемашину по уровню, строго горизонтально, то, возможно, будет наливать более равномерно;-))
