Для меня нет разницы, что куда лить, потому как я люблю кофе с молоком. Но точно отмеривать мерной посудой по весу или объёму молоко мне даже в голову никогда не приходило. Всё отмеряю на глаз в лучших русских охотничьих традициях. Согласно с этим, везде, где есть молочная пенка поверх кофе - капучино. Нет молочной пенки - кофе с молоком.

Кстати, всё никак не приду к ясному консенсусу с пенками для капучино и для латте. Пытался искать в роликах на youtube, нашёл только одно упоминание вскользь о разнице итоговых температур и, в основном, о текстуре — для латте пышнее и легче пена, но её меньше, в то время, как молока под ним — больше. Но, надо ведь ещё знать как готовить одно, а как — другое. Об этом нигде особо ни слова. На одном ролике вскользь — о догреве.

Ещё заметила что иногда в каждой последующей порции пенка выше чем в предыдущей.Хотелось бы понять все тонкости и нюансы влияющие на качество пенки) :roll:
